Our coaching sessions focus on personal development, which help clients identify goals and obstacles to achieve their desired outcomes within the context of a career, education, relationship, finances, and self-improvement. Each session is a collaborative meeting between our coach and clients and is designed to empower the client toward achieving specific outcomes. Educational Leadership & Counseling, Ph.D., MSW

Dr. Roshawnda Anderson is a certified life coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential. She specializes in career development, educational guidance, relationships, resource management, self-improvement and personal growth. Dr. Anderson guides individuals towards personal and professional fulfillment through tailored strategies and unwavering support. Her personalized approach empowers clients to overcome challenges and achieve success.

Dr. Anderson has over 20 years of experience in higher education, resource planning and human resources. She has served as a life coach and adjunct professor since 2005. Dr. Anderson has taught courses at colleges and universities in a myriad of disciplines, including communications, marriage and family, student development, career exploratory studies, college success, stratification and inequality, globalization, and research.
